Echo, echo, echo...
Breakfast:
One vietnamese coffee. 1/2 bagel, 1.5 scrambled eggs, 1/2 pieceMuenster cheese. I put the eggs (I made 3) and the cheese on the bagel, cut it in half and put the rest away for tomorrow.
Lunch:
1 Garlic Chicken Lean Pocket, 1 salad (spinach, strawberries, tomatoes, cucumbers, a couple spare pieces of chicken from last night's dinner and 1 T poppyseed dressing), 1 banana cut up and mixed with strawberries and blueberries. 2 large bottles of water.
Water. Water. Water. I made a second Vietnamese coffee, drank 3 sips of it and put it in the fridge for tomorrow.
Dinner:
1 small chicken breast cut up, panko coated and baked. Green beans. Cut up pineapple.
