Denise

Wow. That was awesome. I am tired out. I have seven kids and I send the two oldest to school. And I gotta tell ya, my morning doesn't look anything like your morning. You are one got-it-together mom.

Jolene Green

Whoa! ANd i thought I had it hard raising a 2 yr old and a 9 month old and working fulltime, overnights! How do u deal with it all? I would be ripping my hair out!!!!I would love to hear about meals....What do u make for a very large family?

Liz

Wow! It sounds like a lot of work, but dare I say it also sounds like a lot of fun?

Owlhaven

Fun to read about your morning. Mary

I only have four and I feel so much better about myself...because of reading you.
I'm on track.
My chaos is Your chaos.
I'm ok
you're ok

super.
I'll be back....

Elaine

OK, I don't read long posts. I just don't have that kind of time. But this? I read every flipping word. I am one of those people that just can't fathom how you pull it off. I love this little look into "the system." Looking forward to more!

Chris

Great post! Thanks for giving us a glimpse of your morning.

btw, I really like that you have set breakfast meals for each day of the week. We play it by ear (and stomachs) around here and it can get a little hairy. I think I might do that!

Katie

I love your breakfast idea! We're a cold cereal during the week, hot breakfast on weekends but I bet I could swing hot breakfasts during the week if I had a schedule like yours. Thanks for writing all this out!

Penny

Hi Carmen!!
Thanks for sharing your morning. I followed over from Chris's site and I just wanted to let you know that I too, posted my morning routine and a link to your site as well.

You have a beautiful family!!
God Bless,
~Penny

Wow what an incredibly busy morning.

Um, you don't drink hot coffee?

surcie

Found you via Mommybloggers, and I am in AWE. You're one rockin' mama!

Dollymama

On a practical note I wanted to say that you should not give them acidophilus at the same time as the antibiotics. Try to alternate. (which I truly understand is a pain in the butt to have to remember yet another medication/vitamin time, but.....)

HolyMama!

So THAT'S what my husband does every morning!

Owlhaven

Just for fun, I posted my morning on my blog too.

Carrie

Sounds like fun :)

I "only" have 4. Btw, one of the hidden benefits of homeschooling is no morning chaos. LOL!
I'm going to enjoy adding you to my Yahoo page. :)

Shelly

Sounds like my mom with all seven of us. If was more like my mom, I would not feel the stress I feel about getting everything done. She was/is Super Mom to me.
Excellent job~ keep up the excellent work you are doing...mothering.

Shannon

Oh my gosh! Do you want to have my blog title because I think you deserve it more than me!! I thought having four was chaos. How do you do it? I mean how do you even get out of bed in the morning!? LOL

Ms

What about other meals like dinner?
Menu planning? shopping for them.. how do you get it all done? and keep it all straight

Theresa

Eerily similar to my own mornings (minus two kids), except the time between getting the first to school, and the last two is about 45 minutes, and necessitates a trip home to twiddle thumbs.

Mrs. Fun

I loved it!! I love big families but often why oh why did I create one, lol. Reading this gives me strength,if you can do it I can too, right??? hell, who am I kidding? I can't even wean a one year old.

Cori

I posted my morning schedule. I can't get a definitive answer as to whether three kids is a big family or not...so I'm not sure I qualify. Oh well, it's up, regardless of my qualifications.

Brandy

Good Grief! You need a nap. I bow down to you in respect. I only have 2 children and often feel overwhelmed when they are fighting. I would say God Luck, but that seems unworthy.
Don't forget to work out!

Brandy

I meant GOOD luck. Jeez, sorry.

tworingcircus

I have to say, I love your morning. Sounds like mine, minus 4 kids or so...but I can definitely relate to the meds and the shoving them out the door of the car when they get to school!

This fugitive is considered armed (with epi pens and inhalers) and dangerous, especially when she hasn't had her morning coffee. She is particularly difficult to recognize due to an 80 pound weight loss (size 18-20 down to 6-8!), and has been known to hide beneath large piles of laundry. She's a fan of running races, has her Black Belt in Muay Thai and can be found reading, training Crossfit, boxing or running to the store for milk and bread. And coffee. Always the Coffee.
