Hello, my name is Grace
Because as I sat down to eat lunch, I placed my camera on the table. And in what can only be described as uber slow motion, I watched the camera strap fall off the top of my shoulder, hit the large glass of ice water, and cascade directly into the lap of my friend Sherry, sitting across from me.
I knew that I shouldn't have traveled without my sippy cup. I'm not used to eating with adults, apparently.
In other news, I totally walked across the Capilano Suspension bridge. TWICE. And I walked 6 miles around the harbor this morning. And The Hubster fell asleep on the bus tour, and we all took pictures of him. Great times.
And now I'm exhausted - and we've got a dinner to go to. No one wants to sit across from me - wonder why?

I'd sit next to you . . .if I were wearing a large plastic apron! ;)
I've been on that bridge myself . . . boy, you got some great weather, didn't you?!

I'll take the water in my lap before I'd cross that bridge :)

Sounds like we're long lost family. I couldn't keep hold of my keys all day! I also walked into a wall. So, I'd sit next to you. Have a great dinner.

my aunt and I went to a department store together. We were both pushing hard on the doors before we saw the word "PULL" in giant letters. And don't get me started on the forks we've flipped into other people's laps and floors.
Plastic silverware, I love you.
Klutzes of the world, unite! ;) And you just need your Husband to have a business trip up here! I'll sit across from you any time.

I crossed the bridge a LONG time ago (probably before you were born LOL). Welcome to the beautiful Pacific NW and environs :-)

I've only go two kids, I bow down to you, brave enough to triple that.
I like to get them running around outside--good for their health and my mental health too. It's Earth Day today--let'em all run around and clean something up. Good for them and should give you a much deserved few minutes to find your internal quiet place. Good resource for why www.greenhour.org
heading out now...

Hey, I've been on that bridge! It was about 19 years ago and I nearly froze in fear. I am afraid of heights. Glad you did it and are having a good trip sans children.

I am LOL too funny.

You sound just like me, Carmen! I'm forever spilling things. Lucky for me, I now have two small kids to blame it on. Wait, I mean, um. Yeah, I do it. So there.

Oh god that bridge? Um, NO. I can barely stand to DRIVE across bridges!
And I thought you were going to say that your camera fell off the table and broke. I've had ice water spilled onto my lap by clumsy kids, and I'd rather have that than a broken camera!
Poor Frank- hee hee!
