It was a very bad year for us, but it could have been worse. His and hers hernia repair surgeries (his was the hardest the surgeon had ever done). We both lost our jobs (he got another one, but its only PT) Now we have no insurance, so I guess we're glad we got those surgeries out of the way this year! We also went to Disney World-twice--so hey, how bad a year could it have been REALLY! Here's to a better year for all of us in 2009!

I have to say that 2008 was a good year until maybe the end when my husband, myself and my daughter were in an accident but we were okay;my dad going to the emergency room via ambulance and finding out from my mom long distance, and add insult to injury they get ripped off by the guys who are repairing their home after the hurricane in Galveston this year. I guess the Lord gives you what you can handle but my God give them a break. I wish everyone a Great and Prosperous New Year!!!

I answered these on my blog. It has been a rough year, but the hard times make you think about what's truly important, right?
