During Mass Sunday, Riley had to use the potty. As is my usual, I took both little girls. (If I don't, as soon as I come back I have to go out again - as disruptive as it is to climb through the row with all three of us, it's worse to do it twice.) I did what I needed to do, Riley did what she needed to do, and we both waited for Emma. And waited, and waited. Finally, she came out of the stall with a curious expression on her face.
And dripping wet hair on only the left side.
She didn't offer an explanation, other than that she had had "trouble", so I just had to ask. (I'm funny that way.) "Emma, what happened in there?"
"Oh, I was looking at something, and my hair went into the toilet," she said as she nonchalantly washed her hands.
I grimaced. "Before or after you flushed?"
"Oh, before," she said as she reached for a paper towel. This was apparently no big deal to her.
It was a VERY big deal to me.
It made for a rather interesting explanation as I washed only the left side of her head in the church bathroom sink with the cheap pink economy grade soap and blotted her head with a paper towel.
Pink church soap, even the conditioning type, doesn't actually condition very well, we discovered.

OMG
that is just PRICELESS LOL

Oh my gosh, that's hysterical. My daughter has ended up with some crazy stuff in her hair but we haven't gotten it in the toilet yet!
