Have you checked over at Scrutiny by the Masses recently? I'm reviewing the Shark Ninja - the trip to NY last month - The Children's Place Halloween Outfits (with TWO chances for a gift card!), and there are still two Visa gift card giveaways active.
I guarantee there's at least one thing over at DietsInReview that will interest you!Check out Five New Ways to Work Out, The Five Best Foods for Fall, and how I feel about Sneaking Vegetables into Kids.
It's only here for a limited time and I've got to buy it while it lasts.
To what am I referring?
What is your favorite fall treat?

Did you see the Trader Joe's Pumpkin Pancake and Waffle mix? I can't wait to break it out this weekend for the family.
My fav fall treat are those Honeycrisp apples. I'm easy.

Didn't know TJ had this. I love starbucks gingerbread lattes.

The minute the weather gets chilly, I start dreaming of a bowl of chili, some cheese piled on top, and a bag of tortilla chips to scoop. ALSO, I love candy corn, which I usually eat until I'm ready to gag. And finally, my absolute favorite cold-weather meal ever? Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn, and gravy (all piled together on my plate, of course).

ANYTHING pumpkin. I am bummed that there is no Trader Joe's here in Hooville (though we keep hearing we're getting one). Maybe Whole Foods or a local farmer makes a similar (albeit pricier) version of your pumpkin butter. I love Blue Moon's Harvest Moon pumpkin ale, pumpkin soup (I have a great recipe if you'd like it), pasta with pumpkin (it's good, I swear), Fuji apples, apple cider, apple caramel cookies from Carter's Mountain...did I mention that fall is my favorite season? Oh yes, and candy corn, and pumpkin spice lattes. Greenberry's has even better pumpkin spice lattes than Starbucks.

Oooh yum, pumpkin butter! Last year I made some in the crockpot. I love any baking in the fall, it always smells so good!
I bought the TJ's pumpkin pancake & waffle batter last weekend. I intend to find our waffle maker (it was a wedding present and I think I've used it once) and make waffles this weekend.

Pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. I super adored them. The ones from Starbucks are my favorite.

Pumpkin bread. That pumpkin butter sounds great.

Oh so jealous of both the pumpkin butter and a nearby Trader Joes. The ones closest to me are 8 hours in either direction: Albuquerque and St. Louis. (And yes, I've been to both of them coincidental to family road trips and miraculous space available in the car.)

My current fall favorite is a recent find, pumpkin fudge. Just thinking about it makes me want to go whip up a batch. But really, I love anything and everything pumpkin. I've never tried pumpkin butter. I'll have to go search for a recipe. Sounds delicious. What do you put it on?

Sweet potato biscuits=yummy! Also baked sweet potaoes with butter and brown sugar on top. Plus anything apple, pumpkin or generally warm & cinnamony. Here in the boondocks we do not have TJ or Wholefoods- but we do have an abundance of farmers markets so I will check those out for pumpkin butter.

If you need to make your own pumpkin butter, I have liked this recipe:

We don't have a Trader Joe's but we do have a William Sonoma where we picked up some pumpkin butter and pumpkin bread mix because my kids adore it. Not to mention, it was a tad expensive at $18 for both, but my pickiest eater (7 yr old son) will eat it. *G*
As for me? I'm not a pumpkin fan, but this time of year I love apples and anything with apples in it. *G*
