Cookout. Family. Pool. Ice Cream. Friends. Cupcakes.
Rolling Snickerdoodles in sugar with my girls.
Walking to the fireworks with good friends.
And these, taken with my camera. I flat out love my macro lens.I've never before taken one picture of fireworks that wasn't fuzzy and blurry.
Sounds perfect! Great photos too.

I haven't checked my fireworks photos yet but hope they turn out as nice as yours.

Whoa girlfriend... nice shots!!
hmmm, do I have a macro lens? Well it wouldn't matter because I skipped the camera since I figured I'd be holding an overtired, possibly scared one year old. Of course SHE was the only of my four to watch every last shell being fired, utterly mesmerized & several times pointing with her jaw dropped in awe.
You'll have to share your secrets. I have a very nice cannon rebel but am soooo ignorant as to how to use it. I just fire 8000 shots at every event knowing that the camera will create at least 10 miracles worth of printing :)

Great shots Carmen! And a great beach story too, brought back memories of the beach on lake Michigan in the 50's.

I really like your blog's style, and hungry to withstand friends is that: the strict test! So we can carry the absolute trust.

Great pics! I'd love to try that sometime, but I'm generally too busy trying to talk my 8-year-old down from the ledge. He HATES fireworks and the ensuing noise.
