1. I am going to clean my office today!!
2. Laughter is NECESSARY or I would cry.
3. Perhaps today you can make a point to hang your towel on the towel bar! (My daughter who always 'hangs' her wet towel on the floor)
4. It's hard to know how to deal with an emotional 8 year old girl who wants so much to fit in and yet be herself!
5. Compassion is something I strive to have each day.
6. Stand your ground to not be like "everyone else" no matter how difficult!
7. Tonight I'm looking forward to snuggling up with my hubby - tomorrow will be a whirlwind of ballet classes and football games and Sunday I want to squeeze in a bike ride before Church and the Falcon's game!

1. I'm going to rely on karma to take care of the neighbors who are messing with me right now.
2. Laughter hurts after all of that ab work yesterday, so why is my son so funny today?
3. Perhaps today you can make it a point to take some deep breaths and absorb the wonder if it all; that's what I'm trying to do more of this week.
4. It's hard to know how much jewelry to wear with this little black dress for tomorrow night's "ball."
5. Compassion is a big part of who I am; I never know what people've been through, including my annoying neighbor, and I try to be mindful of that.

And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to having dinner together as a family for the first time in two weeks (hubby's been away), tomorrow my plans include two soccer games then a date for the ball with my husband, and Sunday, I want to hit the farmer's market to start next week off right ... and squeeze in some family fitness fun, like a long bike ride to the baylands.

I love these!!
1. I'm going to take a hot shower tonight, lather up with delicious smelling lotion and drift off, no, fall hard into a deep, deep weekend sleep.
2. Laughter keeps me sane through the day.

4. It's hard to know how much laundry detergent to use per load.
5. Compassion is what I feel for my hometown after hearing about a recent young death.

1. I'm going to... get our carpet cleaned next week. It’s disgusting.
2. Laughter…is easier when you live with clowns.
3. Perhaps today you can make it a point…to go to bed before eating the Phish Phood ice-cream in the freezer.
4. It's hard to know how much…lecturing is too much to the wayward child. You want to stop before the listening does…but it’s so hard to tell by looking at that kid’s face.
5. Compassion is…a tough attribute to teach/learn to a kid…that is, if s/he isn’t used to thinking beyond the tip of his/her own nose.
6. I will ensure that my kids grow up to be the best adults they can be…no matter how difficult…to me (not to them).
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to …finishing my book, tomorrow my plans include…watching kids’ baseball, baseball, and more baseball, and Sunday, I want to…clean the garage!

1. I'm going to finish putting up my fall decorations this afternoon as I have had them out for 2 weeks now.
2. Laughter is healthy.
3. Perhaps today I'll make it a point to go workout. I was sick earlier in the week, which makes for a lazy week of not exercising like normal.
4. It's hard to know how much to push the kids. You push too hard and they either resent you later in life or they completely shut down.
5. Compassion is not natural for everyone.
6. I'm going to workout in the morning no matter how difficult it may seem.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to taking it easy, tomorrow my plans include working out first thing in the morning and Sunday, I want to take it easy again but the middle child has a double header!

4. It's hard to know how much chocolate to buy -- some weeks there are more emergencies than others.
