A Simple Twist of Faith

I have had the exact same experience with these two locations. The second location is wonderful, and a great resource for home schooling Moms.

Outsource Call Center

Oh' sorry to hear that! For me, Good customer service is necessary. I believe that treating the customer so politely makes them so comfortable and satisfied with your services. And every mall or company needs to have Customer Service. Anyway, I enjoyed reading this post. Thanks for sharing.

I'd suggest that you for sure contact the store with the great customer service and let them know...and if you know the gal/guy's name who assisted you, let them know that as well. Too often we only call or write when we have a complaint; how refreshing to receive a phone call or letter complimenting the employees/store for good customer service.

About Me

  • WANTED, Carmen, mom to the Masses, for dangerous undertakings inside and outside the home. Last seen with her partner The Hubster, and six accomplices (Nikolas 19, Allegra 17, Mackenzie 14, Gabriel 12, Emma 9 and Riley 8). This fugitive is considered armed (with epi pens and inhalers) and dangerous, especially when she hasn't had her morning coffee. She is particularly difficult to recognize due to an 80 pound weight loss (size 18-20 down to 6-8!), and has been known to hide beneath large piles of laundry. She's a fan of running races, has her Black Belt in Muay Thai and can be found reading, training Crossfit, boxing or running to the store for milk and bread. And coffee. Always the Coffee.
