Mom to the Screaming Masses: The Best Book Ever Written

This is my nickname for her.

The girl DOES love her some Sonic Slushies.

Probably self explanatory.

My husband asked, "Why do I look like a roly-poly?"

My two oldest chipped in to buy me a massage (score!) and my husband provided me with a wall mounted lit makeup mirror - which is something I've been talking about, so I'm happy with that. Probably the best part of the entire day - when I was getting grumpy because I'd spent hours preparing a huge meal (merlot short ribs, homemade mashed potatoes, cut up cucumbers, carrots, strawberries, grapes and watermelon, made foccacia and dipping oil as well as a cake) while everyone else was outside playing - Allegra came in and offered to shower the girls and put them to bed. That's a great gift right there. And since I clean as I cook and there were only dinner dishes to do - my husband did them.

So it was a pretty good day, with not one flower or box o'candy in sight. :)

WANTED, Carmen, mom to the Masses, for dangerous undertakings inside and outside the home. Last seen with her partner The Hubster, and six accomplices (Nikolas 19, Allegra 17, Mackenzie 14, Gabriel 12, Emma 9 and Riley 8). This fugitive is considered armed (with epi pens and inhalers) and dangerous, especially when she hasn't had her morning coffee. You know what I think your problem is? The food you cook sounds awesome -- nobody's ever going to offer to make you a meal or take you out if that's how you cook :)

I'm glad Allegra helped out. She must have read your last post! And Riley's book is really cute. "I love you like I love Sonic." It just doesn't get sweeter than that!
