I haven't made bread by hand in ages. I love fresh baked bread. When we were overseas the margarine came in large round metal tins. My mom would pop fresh dough into the empty ones since they were pre-greased. Many times we'd eat nothing but fresh hot bread from the oven with butter and jam for dinner. Yum!

I like to eat fresh baked bread :) Dont make it though. Too many steps for me.

I love making bread but don't do it much these days. I love the process & it always makes me think of my grandmother who raised 7 kids on a farm - dirt poor, she made bread every day.

Few things are better than fresh-baked bread. I used to have a bread maker, but something went wonky with it and it would turn out bread boulders instead of moist, chewy bread. But now you are inspiring me to try hand made again . . . THANKS!!!
