Gorgeous Hair Clips

When the lovely ladies at The Parent Bloggers asked if I'd be interested in looking at the gorgeous non slip hair clips from Maiden America, I was all over it.  After all, my two youngest girls are very interested in hair clips and bows and all things girly.

I looked at the selection and was blown away by the incredible variety of barrettes and clips.  There were smaller barrettes, larger barrettes, hair clips and bows.  I decided on three - one purple and cream bow with a small bird in the middle, and a set of matching clips, each with three ladybugs on them.  I thought that I'd use the two ladybug clips on ponytails.

The barrettes arrived quickly and were well padded to prevent crushing during shipping.  My girls were delighted by them and made immediate plans for their inaugural outings.  We received many, many compliments on the clips, and they were rotated between my two girls every day for a solid two weeks.

But, are they truly non-slip?  One of my daughters has thicker hair, which holds barrettes nicely, but the other has hair that is a bit more fine.  I'm pleased and delighted to report that the clips stayed exactly where I'd placed them.  No slipping, nosliding - and most importantly, they came home from school with the clips still in their hair.

To me, that says it all.

Many, many thanks to the lovely ladies over at The Parent Bloggers for allowing me to review these wonderful clips!

Life gets crazy busy so I'm late in getting to see your LOVELY review - THANK YOU! As a mom who works and will soon be homeschooling, too, I KNOW how precious your time is and I just want to say thanks, so much, for taking the time to look through our products, test them and share your experience.

Warmest Regards,
Tristan

My daughter loves to put accessories on her hair. She mentioned to me that there is something like this and kept on bugging me to buy a pair. Now, I gotta buy one.
