BABIES - The Movie

I love babies. Love everything about them.

I don't even mind diapers, and since I did cloth, you have to know that.

I love the way they smell, the way they move and how incredibly cuddly and delicious they are.

The new movie Babies is out. Have you heard about it?

Everybody loves... BABIES. This visually stunning new movie simultaneously follows four babies around the world - from first breath to first steps. From Mongolia to Namibia to San Francisco to Tokyo, BABIES joyfully captures on film the earliest stages of the journey of humanity that are at once unique and universal to us all. The children are, respectively, in order of on-screen introduction: Ponijao, who lives with her family near Opuwo, Namibia; Bayarjargal, who resides with his family in Mongolia, near Bayanchandmani; Mari, who lives with her family in Tokyo, Japan; and Hattie, who resides with her family in the United States, in San Francisco.

I haven't had a chance to see it - my life is so chaotic right now that I'm frantically searching for a minute of respite - but going to the movies provides a wonderful break and so I'm planning to see this amazing film this week.

I love babies, but my husband loves them MORE. If it were up to him, we would have MORE babies. I told him that I would raise and take care of any babies that he wanted to have, but that 5 was the limit for me. I don't know if I could take him to this movie--it might make him even MORE baby hungry. I'd have to go with one of my kids, if I were to win.
