Image and value provided by our partner, Peet'sI'm a coffee addict. We all know that - and they say that half of the struggle is admitting you have a problem. Well, I only have a problem in that I'm fussy about my coffee - I like it dark, strong, and with absolutely no floral OR burnt tones. That's tough for me.
Recently, I was sent a press release to write about Peet's "Give a Cup" program. Being somewhat, shall we say, skeptical - I don't write about 99.999979% of the stuff that lands in my email inbox - I thought about writing about their program - but then thought to myself, Ehhh. And then I went to the grocery. (I do that. Almost every day.)
I saw the Peet's Single cups in my grocery store. Having heard great things about Peet's, and having a fresh reminder of them being that I'd just read the email 20 minutes ago - I decided to give it a shot, so I bought the single cups for my Keurig. Worst case, I thought to myself, I can give them to my mom to keep at the hospital for the doctors.
Wrong-o-rama. These are staying right here, thank you very much. I bought the French Roast, and it was totally perfect for me. I'm officially a fan - and that's saying a LOT, being that I've tried many, many different K cups and most of them have found their home in other houses. Blergh.
Peet's has a new program - Give a Cup - in which they ask you to weigh in on what you Give a Cup about. Me? I Give a Cup about good coffee. It's often a struggle for me - but I'm super pleased say that this cup is goooooood stuff.
What do you Give a Cup about?
