I know, I seem to be stuck on smoothies lately. Why not? They are quick and easy and you can take them in the car.
Blend 10 ounces skim milk or plain soy milk, 1 T natural peanut butter and 1 banana. Add ice if you want a thicker consistency.
Breakfast in less than a minute. Now you have no excuse not to eat!

Hmmm...maybe the picky one will want this!

I just got a new blender for Mother's Day! (and before anyone accuses my husband and daughter of getting me a gift with an "electrical cord", I asked for one!)
I have some frozen bananas and berries! I think I'll make one now!
And throw in some flaxmeal!

Yum! I am usually not a smoothie person, but I have been looking for something different for breakfast. That sounds really good! I have to confess I will probably use 1 percent milk...

I just made a fresh peach smoothie (2 cut up peaches) with vanilla soymilk, ice and a little brown sugar. Yum!

Have you made smoothies using Fage? I went on a shopping spree at WF yesterday and bought the most amazing blackberries and blueberries and picked up a big tub of Fage. Among many other healthy things... ahem... just wondering if you have a good Fage smoothie recipe or if you save it for a snack? The texture is soooo amazing.

I also loooove to throw in some PB2.
perks my smoothies right up!

I've been on a smoothie kick lately too, so much so I've actually left our 1970's blender on the counter, unheard of in our home (yes it's the 70's "green" haha). Going to have to try this one.

I made this every morning this week and will probably have one tomorrow as well. With my mid-morning coffee, it keeps me full until lunchtime, which my oatmeal didn't always for some reason. Thanks again for the recipe.
