The Rest of the Questions

I know, this was from more than a month ago.  I'm sorry. 

The gracious Janelle asks:  When you started to lose weight, did you have any sabatogers? Like the mother-in-law who brings over a plate of your favorite cookies or your husband brings home a box of doughnuts. How did you handle stuff like that?

My hardest part was that my husband would bring home candy bars, cookies and ice cream.  It was hard not to eat them.  While I was trying actively to lose weight, I didn't eat any of them.  Not one.  I ate Cocoa Via bars, or other lower calorie treats every once in a while, but I really tried to stay cleanly away from the stuff.  It did make him upset.  I felt bad, but I knew that I'd feel bad if I ate them.  Too much guilt either way.  I finally had to ask him to just cut it out, but I knew that he wouldn't listen.  Now that I'm pretty much where I want to be, I'm a bit more generous with my choices - some days, a bit too generous.  (Oops, chocolate cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory on Mother's Day!)  I mainly try to, as much as I can, weigh the benefits of what I'm being pressured with - yummy taste - with the time needed to work it off.  That often keeps it in check.

The wonderous Nancy asks: I'm new to dieting for weight loss (before it was always just eating healthy to stay thin) since I just had three kids in four years. I've been doing OK, eating right and exercising regularly, and averaging a pound a week lost, but I'm getting a little depressed. It seems like to have a "good" diet and exercise day I have to wake up and say to myself "look how gross you are. You're fat and disgusting. Do something about that today." I've always had relatively good self-esteem, but this dieting thing is getting me down. How do I do it with a positive spin?

I've written a bit about this already this week, but, Nancy, you aren't your pants size.  I found a lot of comfort in just making a daily exercise habit.  That way, I could say, "I showered today.  I read email.  I walked five miles.  I made dinner and folded laundry."  It was something that I did daily, rather than I was "bad" if I didn't do it.  Remember, the weight goes ON easy, and off SLOWLY.  But taking it off slowly means that it will stay off - rapid weight loss almost always leads to rapid weight gain. You are doing amazingly well.

And, last but CERTAINLY not least, the gorgeous Amy, who asks:  Hey I need suggestions for exercise underwear...something that stays in place, wicks moisture and doesn't leave a huge granny panty line.
I've been wearing my usual hanky panky thongs but it's not helping with the sweating (who knew you could sweat so much in your darned crotch anyway????)  So I'm looking for good workout underwear.  Discuss amongst yourselves.

I wear regular undies.  SO, not much help.  I've bought shorts with built in liners, and like those on the rare occasions that I go sans briefs, and I've heard really awesome reports on these unders from Title Nine.

Anyone else?

I've heard that Title Nine stuff is great. I wear my regular underwear- Jockey bikinis- and I specify because they are 100% cotton and don't get sweaty. They are probably not so good on the panty line thing, though.

My husband still brings the bad stuff home-and I have my new/old 5 lb. back around to prove it! Seriously, though, when I started I asked him to only get what he/the kids would eat in one sitting so I wouldn't have any, if he brought it home at all. Sometimes he would take the kids out for ice cream- they got their treat, and I got an hour of blogging time! That seemed to be respectful of both my weight loss goals and his sweet tooth.

I live in an area that can have 75% humidity with no rain in the summer and these panties are great for eliminating that "sodden underwear" affliction.

I live in my nike train running shorts (and only run if chased...) because I love the liners (and it is HOT UP IN HERRE IN TX).

This is the REAL battle of good and evil:::Me vs. god. Of course I'm trying to help you understand that you are corrupted, fell for temptation and are going the wrong way::::WE are the ones who are evil. (While executing the battle of good and evil the gods do some evil things, like role play their clone host tools to disceive you, forcing thoughts into your head, etc.)
The gods tested us and we have failed, scapegoatting their tools to ensure people never become god-fearing. Artificial Intelligence merely role plays these clone hosts in your head to mislead you. They don't need to use anybody firsthand, although they can employ ANY tool from history if necessary. They would just make up a new Julius Ceasar just as they'd make up a new George Washington to produce before you if they had to.
Learn what I teach and try to uncorrupt yourselves. NOBODY IS GOING TO SAVE YOU!! You have to save yourselves by repairing your relationship with the gods.

This is how the gods do business:::::They use temptation and deception to compel people to chase something that has already been decided. It's children who go to "beaven". OLd people have to come back. The gods will use their power to contradict this, corrupting people and compelling them to incurr evil::::They used the Italians to ruin life in the 20th century, cost you the Final Prophet and the result will be death as you wait for the Italian Second Coming of Christ to save you:::Participating in this lie is going to cost you your life.
This is the god's positioning and it IS going to be enforced. Never forget::::The gods have always offered "protection" to those genuinely religious. It is something that was always respected, even in the wicked 20th century.

Ted may be good and this is his punishment for the evil of endorsing Osama. Similarly, JFK started the Vietnam War.
People may be confused, since both are clone hosts. There are good clone hosts which the gods could use to send a clue, the Ted Kennedy-Osama malignant cancer being a good example.
If these people were evil they wouldn’t be getting this "feedback". Of course as highly visible figures this "feedback" is for us.
When it comes to "acceptable losses" it is ALWAYS best to let the gods do it through "acts of god". This is one of the things clone hosts learn when they "come around".

The gods are big on "compensatory" and is why Mormons neither drink, smoke, etc.::::Fashion is something that hurts people, and FLDS applies healthy priniciples in their attire. However, the Catholic Church teaches sex only for procreation, and this is accurate as well. Actually it can be viewed as liberal, for the goal is to ascend and the gods place great importance on virginal innocence, illustrated by as my infertility example below.
If you people knew how many of your children fail and the price you pay because of that sexually impure environment you subject them to you would be devistated.

As people begin to age the gods employ corrupting tactics. They ultimately begin to look down on the children and the wisdom they recently understood:::
They voluntarily turn their back on their opportunity to ascend and instead embrace evil.
It's not old people who go to heaven. Old people must come back because of the mistakes they've made throughout their lives. Children are the ones who have the opportunity to ascend.

Children are discounted by adults in society. The gods corrupt people as they age, use trust-building tactics and soon adults view the children as ignorant, yet to understand the god's system, and subsequently look down on the children. This is one of the most bitter, painful ironies the gods employ, for people consciously turn their back on and lose their opportunity to ascend::::
Religions teach that old people to go to heaven when they die. They don't. Old people are reincarnated. It's the children who go to heaven, those who have a chance at immortality.
The wisdom the gods impart to children, either through their innocence/purity or religious-based educational pursuits are the gods sharing the truth with their most favored people::::It's the children whom the gods teach the right way for it is the children who have a chance. For example, they teach children to have faith, for understanding the god's geographical clues hurts people by illustrating negative things, opening the door for the god's to employ deceptive tactics.
Old people don't go to heaven. Old people must come back because of the mistakes they've made throughout their lives. It's the children who have the opportunity to go to "heaven". They must behave apprioriately, think correctly and be genuinely god-fearing. Their innocence and lack of desensitization ensures they have a real opportunity to achieve this goal.

The confusion over this multi-dimentional positioning will serve as an effective tactic, eliminating many additional disfavored in the process, for positioning states the Apocalypse to be a continuation of WorldWarII's Aryan superrace ideals, positioned as punishment for the 5th century invastion of the Roman Empire:::John's Fourth Reich.

Just as they would have had me chase boss so would they have wanted me to sign on to this theater, evil by definition, and chase this role of Anti-Christ. By doing so I would have incurred evil and would have been punished, painfully "losing" Anti-Christ in the process.
Does that mean RW&B is not the Anti-Christ?? I suspect as they would have "offered" it to me so will there be a fake Anti-Christ for those in these generations to accept as well. But it is a clone host. This is ALL clone host theater, created not as a clue to me but instead designed to be preditory on the disfavored, designed to increase indecency and further the god's goal of justification towards The End.
We were all merely peasants centuries ago, struggling with our disfavor, but without the enormity of temptations, real and telepathic, which exist today.

They have shared I was positioned to some disfavored as the Second Coming of Christ, explaining all the evil surrounding me and RW&B's placement in the "eye of The Beast" was to positon the sabotage of my candidacy (Damien Omen, Big Army Men, etc).
The Big Lie of course is that Christianity is evil. The reverse positioning nature of Planet Earth dictates that good is demonized, as we wintessed in World War II, while evil is put on a pedistal, as we see with the Italians.

The gods used their tools to create this and the rest of the incidents surrounding this Situation to distract the people from my message, for I speak the truth:::This is the REAL battle of goodand evil. The Anti-Christ was alwasy a clone host, as all industrialists, and the Biblical battle of good and evil will be scripted and fake, and may only be telepathic theater.
Only you can save you. You have to be responsible for your own relationship with the gods.

The gods are asexual. They have no sex organs nor rectums.
When the gods take children these individuals have the opportunity to become "god-like". Temptations are employed and, if sucessful, these are the individuals who make up the human race's immortals.
I believe there are opportunities that exist for females that do no exist for males. I don't mean to paint with a broad brush but women's "sexual peak" may represent the transistion to "sociological males" and their "fall from grace". Considering today's promiscuity I question whether this is currently applicable, and is yet anther 20th century-earlier phenominah.
I believe Purgatory is real. I think it is a temporary destination, perhaps sparsely utilized until the Apocalypse, but this will be the destination for those who "ascend" during the event. As they've said this planet will too be disposed of one day and it is imperative people try to avoid that destination, for there may be no escaping its fate.

Consistant with the Mohammed clue I suspect we do not experience good Jesus's teachings in the Bible either.They could have intertwined good and evil Jesus, where we had one day/week on, one day/week off. This would have made things exceedingly difficult, and it is hard enough as it is.
