Ok. Let;s plan to do the sit up challenge, starting on Tuesday - which happens to be Election day. New president, new abs for all of us, yes? You'll need to check out the site for the initial test. I'd like everyone to take the test on Sunday or Monday and post your results here, and then we can check in with each other every Friday.

First time I've taken a look at the 'sit-up' plan.. interesting :) I was able to knock out 50... but wonder if I am doing it right? It looks right according to the instructions.. just didn't think I could get that many to be honest.. anyways I plan to join in and give it a try! Do we need to sign up with the two hundred sit-ups plan or just log in it here?
Also I am def. up for passing the book along :) What's next? a squat and lunge plan!!!!

Ouch. I'm going to hurt tomorrow. Why I chose to join you on this expedition into a hopefully tighter tummy, I don't know. But this morning, much to my chagrin. I squeaked out 25 sit-ups. And I mean "squeaked" because that was the little sound that came out of my mouth at the end of the 25 as I crawled back in bed to recuperate.
Somebody hold me accountable. I hate sit-ups but I'm going to try to do this with you.
And yes, I would be willing to pass along the book after I'm done reading it as well.
