Now there's the 200 sit up challenge!
I actually think I may do this. I made it through the fifth week of the 100 push up challenge, got up to I think 47 push ups in a row, and gave up. I need a partner to hold me accountable - anyone? Bueller?
What about it? In fact, why don't we look at BOTH programs - anyone interested in attempting one, the other, or BOTH?


I'm game-I think. I quit 100 pushups, too-for accountability as well. Maybe we can all do it and report back here, (or with links to our own blogs?). My belly is definitely my 'problem' area.
BTW-walked for an hour this morning! Yea!

15 sit ups...
as for the push ups... I did 5 real ones...
what a way to start but there will definately be progress

I'm up to 4 real push-ups and 12 knee ones so far. Although I haven't followed the exact plan, just doing some after walking on the treadmill and then trying to increase by 1 or 2 each time.
I did 50 sit-ups for the initial test but I've been doing ab work on and off for years.

I'll join too! I really need to do the pushup one first! My arms could really benefit. Not that my tummy couldn't. Where are the steps to accomplishing these goals?
