I took a Muay Thai class and then did kettle bell work - kind of like Crossfit stuff, but not quite that intense - and now I'm so, so exhausted I can't see straight.
So, tell me this - what's the most exhausting exercise you've ever done?

Try a summer kettle bell workout on the beach in the AM. It is AWESOME! Of course my beach is the stunning Lake Superior!

Step aerobics, years ago! I wish my knees would allow me to do that again!

My husband and I participated in a 12 week boot camp sponsored by a local TV station three years ago. The trainer was amazing and there were many days I thought I would have to crawl out of there. Yet I was sad when it was over - it was that great a workout. It inspired us to do the first of our half marathons (walking - my knees rebel against running). We've since done another. I really want to walk a full marathon but haven't yet put that ambition to the test!

circuit training after about 5 years of complete inactivity - my arms would not bend and pain all over. Totally over did it then.

Probably running stairs for an hour in my college ROTC training days. Or anything in ROTC PT. lol
Lately? Nothing, I'm been really lazy.

Most exhausting exercise? That's a difficult one, but doing proper rowing where you are working your legs as well as the rest of your upper body can be hard. Try doing it in an actual boat for a sustained period and it's even harder!
For anybody just starting exercise though, be aware that having the correct technique is vital to getting good results, you can exercise hard and still get poor results if not done correctly.

Uh, I would say the boxing class when we are working the lower body that day. Just kicks my butt and I still (after 6 months) gasp for air.
