I've gotten VERY lazy in the past couple of weeks. Let's remedy that.
Right now - as soon as you finish reading this - do 20 each of situps, pushups and squats. Repeat four more times during the day.
NO EXCUSES. It takes less than 3 minutes each time.

What is with that laziness? My workout schedule has gone to heck in a handbasket. I am so not interested in working out, but up until three weeks ago, I was rocking the schedule!!!! Can't get going, but I have cut back the calories to compensate until I get over this hump. Off to do pushups....

Same with me. I used to walk 3-4 hour everyday. But now I am just sitting at home working on the computer all day long.
Thanks for you advice...yes, it didn't take much time to do exercise.
