I've done day one and day two of the Couch to 5k program.
Shh, but...
It's not as difficult as I remember.I'm afraid to say that, because I'm SURE that day three and above will smack me right.back.down where I belong.
But it's a good start and I'd highly recommend it, especially if you have an iPhone - because NOTHING beats not having to remember to look at a stupid stopwatch or try to count to 60 while you are running - you just turn on your music, start up the C25K, and wait for the siren to sound that tells you to change speed.
Running. Again. Me.
GAH.

Good for you! Hang in there. You'll do it.
I went for a 3 1/2 mile walk a couple of days ago. Whipped me. It's the first "long-distance" walk since mid-September. I spent 4 days in the hosp losing my gall bladder, so I couldn't walk for awhile. Now I'm having cold/flu symptoms and...well, I hope WW doesn't kick me out.
Have a great Thanksgiving.

Good for you. I have been walking 3 miles 4-5 times per week, and I lost 13 lbs. I feel a lot better too. Good luck and enjoy the reward.

I've started it a couple times, most recently with the iPhone app. And I discovered something. I.Hate.Running. I need to find another exercise, the yoga isn't intense enough.
