Sounds very moderate. (Can you be VERY moderate?) Pumpkin butter rocks. I am letting myself have a little apple butter on toast even though it is not strictly on my program-- but it's too good to miss.

well today I've had coffee
some string cheese
16 oz of water
handful of peanuts
small potato 2 roasted carrots and some roast beef.

not ideal...and my exercise has been going from house to car car to appt appt to car car to house redux multiple times until bedtime
