I'm in with you. I started last Wednesday. So far so good. It's tough when others in the household are eating junk around you.

Oh PERFECT!!!
I was ecstatic when the Girl Scout Cookies arrived. And then I ate a box. And you know? They're just.not.that.good.
I feel so much better when I eat healthy AND it really does taste better too! I'd trade a pool boy or maid or chauffeur for a personal chef any day. Not that I have any of those to trade. And I might have to rethink the pool boy if I had one & was offered a chef lol

What's clean eating?

Stephanie

I'm in.....what is clean eating. I decided today that I was going to eat fruits and vegies and protien at each meal and drink water all day (after my coffee of course). Hoping that I can squelch these junk food cravings. I recently lost my job in the auto industry meltdown, and also lost both of my parents and a brother and moved to a new state so hubby could take a new job he wanted...anyway, it seems with all this new free time I am eating constantly and mindlessly...and it is showing. i have gained about 40 pounds since I quit working! Somethings gotta give! We just booked a Florida vacation for the end of March, so this weight has to go!!

That's what I do-- (mostly) clean eating 6/7 days. That seventh day off was key for me. Somehow it makes the whole thing work. I've been doing this for what, about 8 months? And it's worked well for me.
