I'm tired every single M/W/F.
Today we did TRX cables. Have you ever seen these things? go look. I'll wait.
Um, yeah. I'm sore. And tired.

Although, I've been doing pilates and it's kicking my ass too, so there's that.

I am currently doing P90X. I swear, even my finger nails are sore! But I love the feeling after each workout- especially the 90 minutes of yoga once a week.

I've haven't done that, but I should try that! I'm always looking to try something new. Something new I did this week is hanging leg curls. I love them! Works the lower abs and is something new. I am also trying to eat clean, it is so hard! I'm blogging about it on http://stacia222.wordpress.com. Would love if you checked it out!
