I am currently doing P90X. I swear, even my finger nails are sore! But I love the feeling after each workout- especially the 90 minutes of yoga once a week.

I've haven't done that, but I should try that! I'm always looking to try something new. Something new I did this week is hanging leg curls. I love them! Works the lower abs and is something new.
