Congratulations!! That is a mighty accomplishment, and I am proud of you even though I don't know you. I do know the struggles and, thankfully, the triumphs of weightloss, so to you I say:
Brava!

That is an astounding amount of weight. Check out a 60 pound bag of potatoes and just imagine what it was like carrying that around. all.the.time. What a great achievement and thank you for sharing the journey. I also would love some before and after photos. They do inspire.

Nancy

Wow, that's a serious accomplishment. Congratulations!

Boo yeah! You so totally rock, dude! (well, my kids crack up when I say it to them...)

Seriously, that's fantastic. That's more than all of my kids - more than a couple of them put together. I'm so proud of you.

Karly

That's great Carmen! Good for you.

rachel

congratulations!!! I guess this isn't one of those occasions you celebrate with cake & champagne, is it?

Wow, you lost as much as my 8 year old weighs. That's amazing!

I know you'll be able to maintain it - you're incredible.

Fran

Congratulations! I too was at a plateau with my weight loss. I was afraid to experiment with my diet and calorie intake for fear of messing up my metabolism. What I did do, though was dramatically change my exercise routine. I didn't increase the amount of time that I exercised but I did change the types of activities that I did. And it worked! I met my goal weight last month!
