Oh, Carmen. This is unbelievably beautiful, and so are you.


I so related to this post. My family is experiencing one of the MOST challenging years of our lives. Between 2 deaths(one my nephews suicide) and passing of my beloved godfather we are also dealing with our oldest son's addiction problems. It has been SO HARD. I carry a white beach stone with me and use it for the same purpose you used your shell. It helps.My mantra is "This too shall pass", and I really really try to look for the blessings and lessons in what we are experiencing.
