I've been asked by the beautiful ladies at The Motherhood to be one of the bloggers who hosts the Hebrew National Picnic with a Purpose. Hebrew National is partnering with TheMotherhood on Picnics with a Purpose to kick off the summer grilling season in eight cities: Orlando, Tampa, Atlanta, New York, Virginia Beach, Providence, RI, Detroit and Philadelphia. If you live near any of the eight cities, let us know and we'll send an invite (until they fill up). Eight star bloggers are hosting the picnics and along with each, a community give-back project.
I am WAY, WAY excited for this. I've wanted to do an area meet up for a while, and what a wonderful opportunity! If you know me, you know that I love parties, and picnics, being outside and having fun. I also love meeting new people, and this picnic is a faboo opportunity to do all of that, while raising attention for a WONDERFUL, unadvertised charity in our area - The Seton House.
I REALLY want you guys to come - please? We'll have hot dogs, chips, fruit salad, veggies and dip, pasta salad, drinks, and a really yummy dessert - as soon as I figure out what it is! There's no cost to you to attend, but we'd love to raise some badly needed supplies for The Seton House, so every guest is asked - with nicest manners EVER - to bring one of three items that they use in abundance - toilet paper, paper towels, and either Ragu or Prego pasta sauce. We're going to let the kids who come to the picnic decorate a bookshelf for the home to use for storage. There will also be party games in abundance, soccer nets, hula hooping, bubbles - you name it, we'll do it.
You guys! I just opened BOXES of door prizes for you - grill sets and coupons for FREE hotdogs! This is going to be amazing. I've sent evites to any local bloggers whose emails I have - if you didn't get one, let me know and it'll be on it's way to you post haste.
May 17th, 3:30 at Redwing Park in Virginia Beach. Please say you'll join me!
Oh for shame, I'm a zillion miles away from anywhere!
Cheers

There will be plenty of food to munch on. Not only that , you get to chat with your friends and share them your story. It will be fun also if you get to go to the place riding a limousine.
