My favorite way to stay active is to swim with the kids. We are lucky to have a backyard pool (in Texas it is a necessity). I love going out there with the kids and racing them around, or dragging them all over the pool. A great work-out and fun!

My husband and I walk, and I've gone back to a primarily whole-foods diet; if it's not cleaned, chopped and cooked in my kitchen, I don't want it! No more 100 calorie "snacks."
